The E-Coat Maintenance Tech is responsible for keeping the e-coat system running efficiently by monitoring and resolving common system shutdown faults and resolving other system problems. The role includes light duty preventive maintenance responsibilities, which include greasing equipment bearings, belt inspection and/or replacement, shut off valve replacement, and calibration of metering equipment. Other responsibilities include material handling 55-gallon drums of chemical using drum handling equipment, monitoring wastewater operation, and draining and cleaning tanks as needed.
