The Job: As a Paint Line Operator, you’ll be part of our Shelbyville Manufacturing team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to: Loads and unload blades at a productive rate, maintaining quality levels according to control plans, and using safe work ethics (PPE, MSDS and machine hazards). Visual quality inspection of each saw blade. Accurate updating of all move tags and piece counts. Responsible for identifying and communicating possible problems which may be perceived. Report any abnormal situations, including crashes, incorrect set-up, incorrect move tags or incorrect control plans. Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment.
