Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of painting tools and materials.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas as directed.
• Assist in mixing and matching paint colors according to specifications.
• Set up and maintain painting equipment and tools, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
• Support painters during application by handing tools, moving materials, and managing waste disposal.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency and safety.
• Load and unload materials and supplies as needed to support painting operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and report any issues or supply needs.
