Requirements

Candidate must be bilingual.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and climbing for extended periods.
Basic understanding of painting materials and tools.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a painting or construction-related role.

Responsibilities

Assist painters in preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas to be painted.
Mix and match paint colors according to specifications and ensure proper consistency.
Set up and maintain painting equipment, including brushes, rollers, sprayers, and ladders.
Clean work areas and tools after painting tasks to maintain a safe and organized environment.
Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear during all phases of work.
