The New Year brings new opportunities! Webfoot is Looking for a couple of experienced Paint Crew Leaders to help us kill it in 2026. Paint Crew Leaders are hands-on and work alongside their team to tackle these responsibilities: loading/unloading equipment, surface protection, and surface preparation. using your expertise in paint, stain, and finish application. focusing on safety, especially when working at heights. power washing, surface treatment, and cleanup. and most importantly, amazing customer service, going above and beyond to contribute to our team's commitment to excellence. In addition, they have responsibilities including: Using an iPad for reviewing time cards, tracking production hours, etc. Attending weekly meetings and periodic Crew Leader trainings. Monitoring Crew performance and training crew members the Webfoot Way.

Requirements

  • bring at least 4+ years of proven professional painting experience, with at least one year as a Crew Leader.
  • meet our minimum age requirement of at least 18 years old.
  • demonstrate strong customer service skills.
  • are excellent positive communicators in all situations.
  • are enthusiastic about continuous learning and development within the Webfoot team.
  • desire to support, train and encourage a high-performing team.
