About The Position

Join our Toyota Material Handling Team as a Paint Associate in our Brand New Production Plant! We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Paint Associate who brings strong decision-making and expertise to the table. In this role, the primary duty is to ensure the highest level of quality painting of Toyota Material Handling’s products and to support overall manufacturing goals.

Requirements

  • High School diploma and GED required
  • 2 Years of Manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Clean and prep surface
  • Paint/powdercoat; touch-up. Adjust spray guns; grinding; handle flammable material
  • Maintain paint/powder coat equipment. Maintain chemicals and check wash tanks
  • Ensure safe paint/powder coat operations through knowledge of materials, safety, and handling flammable materials
  • Ensure quality of paint/powdercoat
  • Follow line loading sequence as directed
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
  • Additional duties as assigned
