Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Pain Medicine fellowship completion
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Pain Management
- New York medical license or eligibility
- Experience in outpatient pain care
Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose pain-related conditions
- Perform interventional pain management procedures
- Guide patients through treatment options and expectations
- Review progress and refine care plans
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care
- Maintain regulatory and documentation standards
