About The Position

Allstar Services is hiring a hands-on Paid Social & Meta Ads Manager to lead paid acquisition across a fast-growing portfolio of residential roofing and home services brands. This role owns the strategy, execution, and optimization of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns across 20+ brands nationwide. Each brand runs $8K–$20K in monthly Meta advertising, resulting in $160K–$400K in total monthly ad spend under management. We're looking for someone who is highly comfortable inside Meta Ads Manager, understands performance marketing deeply, and can continuously optimize campaigns to generate qualified leads across multiple local markets. This is not an organic social media role. The focus is paid acquisition, campaign optimization, creative testing, and performance analysis. Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on paid social advertising experience
  • Strong expertise managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Experience personally managing significant ad budgets ($100K+ monthly across campaigns preferred)
  • Proven success running lead generation or conversion campaigns
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns or brands simultaneously
  • Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of: CPL CPA CTR CPM Conversion metrics

  • Paid media experience in home services, local services, or lead generation businesses
  • Experience managing multi-location or multi-brand marketing portfolios
  • Experience working with marketing attribution tools, CRM integrations, or reporting dashboards
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to improve ad performance

Responsibilities

  • Own Paid Social Performance Across 20+ Brands
  • Manage paid Meta campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) across a portfolio of residential roofing brands
  • Oversee $160K–$400K in total monthly ad spend
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns with minimal oversight
  • Monitor budgets, performance trends, and lead flow daily
  • Optimize Campaign Performance
  • Continuously test creative, audiences, messaging, and campaign structure
  • Track and improve key performance metrics including: Cost per Lead (CPL) Conversion rate CTR CPM Lead quality
  • Scale top-performing campaigns and adjust budgets accordingly
  • Creative Testing & Ad Development
  • Identify which creatives, formats, and messages are driving results
  • Write clear creative briefs for designers
  • Rapidly launch new ad variations based on performance insights
  • Prevent creative fatigue through continuous iteration
  • Manage Multi-Brand Campaign Execution
  • Manage campaigns across 20+ brands and multiple local markets
  • Maintain clean campaign structure and documentation
  • Stay organized while balancing shifting priorities

  • Analyze campaign performance and report key metrics
