About The Position

Booyah Advertising is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Social Coordinator to join our team full-time. In this role, you'll play an integral part in executing and optimizing media campaigns for various clients. You’ll be responsible for campaign implementation, monitoring, analysis, and reporting, while gaining hands-on experience with leading ad platforms and tools. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ins and outs of digital advertising, including paid display, video, and social media, creative analysis, ad copywriting, and more. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the media team, particularly media managers.
  • Work with major media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Google.
  • Learn and utilize tools such as Campaign Manager 360, Looker Studio, and Excel.
  • Automate and visualize data for efficient reporting.
  • Upload creative assets into ad servers and ensure accurate ad trafficking.
  • Send tracking reports to vendors and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Communicate daily with vendors to address campaign statuses or concerns.
  • Support media strategists and managers as an additional set of eyes and ears.
  • Execute media campaigns accurately and on time.
  • Handle ad trafficking, including creative assignment, landing page setup, and ad copy updates.
  • Verify campaign launches and implement ongoing optimizations.
  • Ensure precise reporting for paid media campaigns by aggregating and QA’ing data from multiple sources.
  • Make campaign updates (e.g., bid changes, creative adjustments, landing page edits) in response to media manager team directives.
  • Maintain timely correspondence with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines.
  • Foster relationships with media vendors to provide strategic insights for the team.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and contribute to presentations, graphs, and analyses.
  • Master tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Campaign Manager 360.
