Requirements

  • Experience managing Paid Social campaigns across a wide range of engines (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest).
  • Familiarity with management platforms (Sprout, Sprinklr, Marin, and/or Kenshoo social).
  • Ability to stay updated on the latest emerging trends, tools, technologies, and data sets in Search.
  • Experience in driving integrated strategies and leveraging AI to drive efficiencies.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, Data Visualization tools, and strong data literacy.
  • Hands-on experience running campaigns and a strong understanding of cross-channel management.

Nice To Haves

  • Facebook Blueprint certification.
  • Experience in presenting and sharing knowledge through 1:1s, Lunch 'n Learns, webinars, blogs, and speaking engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and drive Paid Media strategy through an integrated approach to Search.
  • Consult with clients to learn their needs and overall business objectives, leveraging data to grow their business via measurable recommendations and results.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients using Seer's values as a compass.
  • Foster collaboration between all members of the account team while serving as a mentor and motivator to Associates.
  • Oversee day-to-day campaign strategy & management, ensuring analyses and client recommendations are rooted in both paid and organic data.
  • Prepare and lead presentations for clients that demonstrate impact and value on their bottom line.
  • Leverage new tools to drive efficiencies in workflows and share learnings for the benefit of the greater team.

Benefits

  • $80,000 - $100,000 annual salary.
  • Evaluation of compensation at least once a year.
