Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEM Specialist with a strong track record of successful PPC campaigns.
  • Google Ads and Bing Ads certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in SEM tools and platforms, including Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and keyword research tools.
  • Marketing Agency experience required.
  • Analytical mindset with strong data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Certification or experience in other digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, social media) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • This role is required to be based in the US or Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize within the full Google Suite with a focus on paid search, shopping, and performance max campaigns
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value, relevant keywords, and build effective campaigns.
  • Create compelling ad copy and design effective ad creatives to maximize click-through rates and conversions.
  • Monitor and adjust bid strategies to achieve campaign goals while optimizing cost-per-click and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Analyze campaign data and provide insights and recommendations for improving performance and achieving KPIs.
  • Continuously test ad variations, landing pages, and other elements to improve campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of funds across campaigns.
