About The Position

Excited to scale customer acquisition across a portfolio of consumer brands? In this role, you’ll own paid social and search performance, driving growth through data-driven optimization and creative testing. Tenth Avenue Holdings Decamarx is a portfolio of brands within Tenth Avenue Holdings, spanning apparel, home goods, pet products, jewelry, and skincare. We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to join the Decamarx Growth & Performance Marketing team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Director of Growth to accelerate customer acquisition and retention across a multi-brand portfolio. You’ll lead day-to-day paid social and search execution, collaborating cross-functionally with CRM, Influencer, and Partnerships teams to drive performance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of paid media campaign execution experience for DTC ecommerce campaigns with ROAS, New Customer and CAC targets.
  • Proficient across media platforms Meta, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Pmax, Demand Gen, TikTok & GA4, MTA Tools such as TripleWhale, Pinterest and YouTube a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data to drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day execution, tracking and operational tasks and optimizations across paid media platforms with an emphasis on Paid Social and Meta.
  • Oversee campaign spend to ensure efficient and effective allocation and meet ROAS targets.
  • Build, analyze and maintain weekly MTD and monthly reporting to assess cross-platform performance and hit DTC goals.
  • Develop expertise using in-platform and multi-touch attribution tools for cross media performance.
  • Creative and multi-cell testing execution and strategy aligned with clear goals, hypotheses, results and learnings.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop compelling creative assets that align with campaign goals, messaging and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with Influencer and marketing teams to launch paid social ad content.
  • Stay up to date with paid media trends, new product roll-outs etc.
