Headquartered in Nashville with offices globally, the Paid Media Manager is responsible for planning and executing global paid campaigns for an array of frontline and catalogue releases and to support audience growth efforts. This role involves continuously tracking performance, optimizing results, and reporting KPIs and insights to various stakeholders. The successful candidate is expected to stay at the forefront of trends, new platforms, and creative formats in the paid media space and effectively communicate best practices across the label and internal teams.
