About The Position

The Paid Media Manager is responsible for owning and managing a variety of digital marketing campaigns, focusing on paid search, that will drive growth for clients of Brado. This includes creating and managing digital campaigns, making optimizations, and assisting account managers with client communication. Candidates that apply must have at least 3 years of managing and building direct-to-consumer campaigns through Google Ads, preferably in an agency setting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years (minimum) of digital campaign creation & management, experience in Google Ads, Microsoft Shopping, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Analytics, YouTube, display.
  • Paid search and shopping campaign management is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in DV360, SA360, CM360 and paid social platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in display, video, and/or social is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns in Google Ads, Social Media platforms and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Work with paid media specialists to delegate day-to-day campaign management tasks.
  • Analyze campaign performance and write insights for client reporting.
  • Collaborate with paid media strategist to develop additional scopes for existing clients.
  • Participate in client meetings related to current campaigns.
  • Perform ongoing A/B split testing, keyword mining, etc. to improve campaign performance and identify areas of growth.
  • Provide media budget estimates/recommendation/communicate budget changes to the paid media specialist.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to paid specialists in areas including campaign setup, budgeting, optimization, tracking, reporting, testing and quality assurance.
  • Help develop integrated digital marketing strategies in collaboration with other departments and client teams.
  • Own paid media end of month invoicing and reconciliation for clients paid media channels.
  • Manage and support compliance with all company or job specific trainings for all employees and vendors working on your team.
  • Help create and execute educational initiatives for the paid media team such as developing internal resources and training sessions.
