FoundryCo. is seeking a Paid Media Coordinator (contractor/freelancer) for 20-40 hours per week, with an initial commitment of at least three months. This is a U.S.-based remote role reporting to the Audience Engagement Manager. This position is focused on activating and amplifying both brand editorial and client-sponsored content across paid media channels, including search, social, and display. The role requires a strong balance between driving efficient PPC performance and delivering high-quality audience engagement, including traffic and conversions. Key responsibilities include onboarding campaigns, managing setup, and continuously monitoring and optimizing a high volume of campaigns running simultaneously across multiple global markets. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with proven experience in paid digital advertising (B2B. Strong writing skills, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively are essential, along with comfort operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with a high level of accountability.
