About The Position

We’re seeking a Paid Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize our paid media programs for our (B2B) audience: employers, brokers, and health plans. In this role, you will be the primary driver of our performance across SEM, paid social, and emerging digital channels. You will balance strategic thinking in partnership with function lead and hands-on execution to support pipeline development. This role will report into the Demand Marketing Manager, together building a predictable, efficient demand engine.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: You have 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically within B2B, digital health, and the broader healthcare ecosystem.
  • Platform Mastery: You are an expert in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, with proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Data-Driven: You don't just look at clicks; you understand LTV and multi-touch attribution.
  • Agile: You thrive in a fast-paced, Series C startup environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Mission-Oriented: You are passionate about expanding access to women’s and children’s healthcare and want your work to have a tangible social impact.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategy: Leverage experience with audience segments, budget management, A/B testing, and campaign optimization to improve lead quality, cost-per-lead, and conversion rates and support overall pipeline.
  • Create Campaign Assets: Craft compelling, professional ad copy and select relevant imagery tailored for a business-to-business audience.
  • Collaborate: Work with the growth, demand generation, product marketing, and creative team to develop high-performing campaigns.
  • Execute & Optimize: Manage the day-to-day execution of paid acquisition across Google Search, LinkedIn, and other key digital channels.
  • Conversion Tracking & CRM: Use technical knowledge of setting up tracking pixels (LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Tag Manager) and integrating with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to track lead quality and pipeline, not just quantity.
  • Analyze Performance: Own the reporting for your channels, translating complex data into clear "so-what" insights for the broader marketing team.
  • Budget Management: Monitor daily spend to ensure we are pacing correctly toward monthly and quarterly goals within efficiency guardrails.
