Develop and execute tactical plans for paid digital marketing campaigns focused on new patient acquisition and consumer engagement Oversee all paid digital marketing activities, including paid search (SEM), display ads, paid social advertising, and video Ownership of channel budgets and resource allocation Measure and report paid campaign performance against key results areas (KRAs) Plan, execute, and measure A/B ad experiments to optimize paid campaign conversions Collaborate with digital experience and content teams to create and optimize landing pages for paid campaigns Partner with agency partners as necessary to complete paid campaign tasks Review and recommend new paid advertising technologies and platforms Brainstorm new and creative paid digital marketing growth ideas Contribute to the development of team members both individually and collectively and provide mentorship and guidance
