As a Paid Communications Consultant supporting the Media and Partnership Strategy Team, you’ll lead integrated paid media campaigns across key business units, including Chase Acquisition & ECM, Cargo, Southwest Business, and Talent Acquisition to drive revenue, lead generation, and brand awareness. You’ll develop and execute data-driven media plans informed by Customer insights and performance analytics, managing budgets across digital and traditional channels to ensure optimization and strong ROI. As the Team’s paid media expert, you’ll champion strategic priorities, stay ahead of industry trends, and cultivate a collaborative, solutions-focused culture that strengthens Southwest’s brand and business results.
