To support Padua clients through a client-driven and research-backed approach to ending poverty by providing compassionate front-line support, resource coordination, and collaborative case management assistance. This role contributes to transformational interactions that help clients create a bigger brighter future through holistic service planning and sustained engagement. This position reports to Padua Program Manager who evaluates performance annually. In addition, embodies the Goodwill Mission to: “Empower people to achieve their most abundant life” and upholds the Company Core Values of: Relentless Pursuit of Excellence, Customer First Mindset, Humble Confidence, Passion for Mission, and Do the Right Thing.
