About The Position

Ideal Candidate will demonstrate the ability to understand, develop, and implement complex workflows and processes for the Imaging Systems at Valley View. This position will work on-site to guide staff and work hands on with the equipment. Valley View is an Independent Healthcare Facility that includes a 78-bed community-based hospital and multiple clinics. Come be a part of something where you can make a difference, every day! Experience in healthcare/imaging regulations and workflows is a plus.

Requirements

Associates degree in, Radiologic Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in PACS management, IT support, imaging informatics or a related field, with a focus on healthcare.
Proven experience in project management and team leadership in a healthcare environment.
Strong understanding of imaging modalities and their workflows, including PACS and RIS systems.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices related to imaging data management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to collaborate effectively across various teams.
