About The Position

Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) and our family of affiliated brands including Prime Diagnostic Imaging, Memorial MRI and Diagnostic, Desert Imaging, Foundation Physicians Group, and SignatureRx are seeking a reliable and detail oriented PACS to support imaging workflows and client operations with accuracy, accountability, and a strong service mindset in a fast paced outpatient environment.

Requirements

Healthcare administrative, technical support, or medical office experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfort working with computers and learning new systems.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
A dependable and team focused approach to work.

Responsibilities

Support daily PACS workflows by monitoring exam status, image availability, and study completion.
Assist with imaging order tracking to ensure exams move accurately from intake through final interpretation.
Respond to internal and external inquiries related to exam status, image access, and workflow questions.
Perform basic troubleshooting for issues such as missing images, incomplete studies, or routing discrepancies, escalating as appropriate.
Maintain accurate documentation across systems to support operational consistency.
Partner with PACS and operations teams to help meet turnaround time expectations.
Follow established procedures to ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable imaging regulations.
