About The Position
ServiceMaster Restoration is looking for a dependable and hardworking Packout Specialist to join our restoration team. This position involves carefully packing, moving, transporting, and storing customers’ belongings during restoration projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items safely
- Valid driver’s license required
Nice To Haves
- Forklift operation experience is a plus
- Prior experience in moving, restoration, or warehouse work is a plus , but training will be provided
Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and inventory customer contents from homes and businesses
- Safely load, transport, and unload items between customer sites and our warehouse
- Organize and maintain storage areas and assist with warehouse operations
- Handle items with care to prevent damage during transport and storage
- Operate moving equipment such as dollies and lifts
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Interact professionally with customers and team members
