About The Position

Ensures the accurate and timely shipment and receipt of goods across multiple locations, maintaining smooth and efficient logistics operations. Demonstrates and leads with strong knowledge of supply chain principles, materials management, and distribution/transportation processes. Applies established policies and best practices to meet business requirements, support operational goals, and maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and service.

Requirements

• 1-3 years' relevant experience
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to read/write and interpret documents

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports all material handling and warehousing operations, including receiving, processing, storing, moving, staging, and shipping parts, materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient workflow and accuracy.
• Reviews, verifies, and guides work performed from various source documents to confirm correct quantities, part numbers, destinations, and shipping/production schedules. Ensures team compliance with documentation standards and timelines.
• Demonstrates and trains staff on the proper use of equipment, including weighing, banding, wrapping, and packaging machinery, ensuring all materials are prepared according to company and customer specifications.
• Oversees the safe operation, handling, and basic servicing of mechanical, motorized, and electrical warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and related material‑handling tools. Promotes and enforces all safety procedures and regulations.
• Performs and leads specialized clerical and documentation tasks, including inventory transactions, shipping/receiving records, discrepancy reporting, and system updates to maintain accurate and timely data.
• Mentors and supports team members, providing guidance, training, and direction to ensure consistent performance, continuous improvement, and adherence to operational standards.
• Coordinates with management and cross‑functional teams to communicate workflow needs, resolve issues, and support overall warehouse efficiency and service levels.
• Completes additional responsibilities as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and a commitment to departmental goals.
