About The Position

The Packaging Development Co-op position is full-time January- May 2027 role. The position is located in Green Bay, WI. Requirements

  • Be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering.
  • Have completed two or more years of education in Packaging Engineering with a GPA of at least 3.0.
  • Have the desire to grow and take on new challenges and opportunities.
  • Ability to work 40 hours/week January- May 2027
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance (at least state minimum- more might be required), acceptable driving record per Schreiber Foods discretion, and vehicle that will ensure applicant can meet the travel necessities of the position are required.
  • Schreiber requires that an employee have authorization to work in the country in which the role is based.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Packaging Engineers in conducting lab tests on new and existing packages.
  • Provide assistance in making and filling samples of new packaging designs and concepts.
  • Assist Engineers with trials in plants.
  • Assist Packaging Engineers with projects as needed.
