Requirements

A comfort level working in a warm, fast-paced, sometimes loud environment
The ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active during 12-hour shifts
A strong attention to detail—even when the line is moving fast
A willingness to follow safety and quality rules every single time
A team-player attitude and a readiness to jump in wherever needed

Responsibilities

Packing freshly made chips into boxes with care and accuracy
Assembling boxes, placing labels, and making sure everything’s sealed, stacked, and ship-ready
Double-checking things like date codes, bag seals, weights, and stickers
Helping monitor seasoning levels so every chip tastes just right
Keeping your area clean and organized, and clearing out waste as needed
Helping with repacking or reworking any product that needs a second look
Using basic equipment (pallet jack, stretch wrapper, etc.) safely and correctly
Documenting what you’ve packed, caught, or adjusted
Communicating with your team when something’s off or needs attention
Pitching in on clean-up, sanitation, and team breaks throughout the shift
