About The Position

The Packer is responsible for packaging finished products according to company standards, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency. This role supports production operations by preparing items for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math and counting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Frequent lifting of up to 25–50 lbs
• Repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to bend, twist, and reach throughout shift

Responsibilities

• Pack products according to specifications and production requirements
• Inspect items for quality, defects, or damage before packaging
• Label, seal, and prepare boxes for shipment
• Maintain accurate counts and ensure proper documentation
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times
• Assist with line setup, breakdown, and changeovers as needed
• Communicate issues or concerns to supervisor promptly
• Meet daily production and performance goals
