We are a local family-owned and operated company in Loudoun, VA seeking team members who love to help others. We typically schedule jobs in daytime hours during the week and Saturdays and Sundays. We specialize in downsizing, estate sales, relocation services, and online auctions. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to provide a valuable service to those in your community! You May Be A Great Fit If You: Believe people matter Are a great listener and communicator Are curious but never judgmental Are compassionate and enjoy working with older adults Job description (including, but not limited to): Sort, organize and pack household goods to be moved or sold Perform research on merchandise to determine the fair market value Safely pack and unpack goods Moving supplies/moving boxes within the client's home Staging & preparing homes for sale Interacting with clients, their families, and other coworkers Lifting of boxes/decor and some furniture within the home And more, no two days are alike! Job Requirements (including, but not limited to): Must be able to lift 30 pounds Must have a valid drivers license and reliable source of transportation Must be able to stand and work for long periods of time Access to a computer for scheduling, time-keeping & project management apps Availability and hours: Include your availability when applying. Part-time hours--no two days or weeks are the same with no guarantee of hours.
