About The Position

We are looking for internal candidates to fill Packer 2 roles. These individuals will facilitate new hire training and act as back-up Line Leads and Machine Operators. Packer 2s will act as mentors and points of contact for new hires, providing guidance and support during their onboarding process. Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands-on training to ensure employees understand and adhere to safety guidelines and best practices.
  • Demonstrate proper techniques for operating production equipment and machinery.
  • Provide guidance and support to new hires during onboarding and training periods.
  • Collaborate with production managers to identify training needs
  • Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to ensure proficiency in production tasks.
  • Conduct refresher training sessions as needed to reinforce learning and address any gaps in knowledge or skills.
  • Maintain training records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a mentor and point of contact for new hires, providing guidance and support during their onboarding process.
  • Provide ongoing support and feedback to new hires to facilitate their integration into the production team.
