Requirements

  • Ability to multitask, follow operational procedures, and work independently.
  • Fast learner with a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Attention to detail in all areas.
  • Team player with willingness to collaborate and work well with others to achieve team goals.
  • Schedule flexibility including the ability to work weekends if necessary.
  • Ability to stand for 6-8 hours/day.
  • Ability to lift objects greater than 50 LBS.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of canning systems and operations (Cask System/Paktech Preferred).
  • Forklift, Pallet Jack operations (Certification preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Canning line operation and maintenance including routine CIP and adherence to canning and packaging SOPs
  • Monitor production processes to ensure accurate filling, seaming, and packaging of cans.
  • Perform necessary operations including filling (kegs and cans), keg wash operation, and exterior cleaning.
  • Ensure product quality from brite tank to keg/can.
  • Restock packaging components before and after shifts.
  • Ensure the production area is clean and organized at all times.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Assist in fermentation monitoring and cellar operations, as needed.
