Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in manufacturing
Knowledge of production processes and operational workflows
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Oversee daily production operations to meet quality, safety, and performance goals
Lead and support Shift Leads and production team members
Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime
Monitor performance and drive process improvements
Ensure proper allocation of resources to support production demands
Communicate effectively with teams and leadership
Enforce safety, quality, and company standards
