As the Packaging Operator, you would operate equipment and process related control systems in a safe and efficient manner. The role involves optimizing plant performance by monitoring process equipment and conditions, conducting field checks, adjusting control systems and operating equipment based on process controls and observations. The Packaging Operator will work in the sealant packaging area of the plant, providing support on the cartridge and tube filling lines. As the Packaging Operator, it is your responsibility to use standard operating procedures and/or analytical/scientific methods to address defined and straightforward problems. You must have the ability to select solutions from established options to resolve typical administrative, data organization, and data coordination problems. You will be accountable for managing your own assigned workload with no additional supervisory responsibilities. In this role, your performance impacts the quality of your own work as well as your team's work.
