What You’ll Do As a Packaging Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products are packaged to perfection. Your day-to-day will include:

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience? Great! If not, we’ll train you.
• Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and maintain a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge of FDA GMP and OSHA safety requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Building and Assembling container, closure, and carton systems with precision.
• Packing Finished Products according to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Preparing Pallets for shipment using electric pallet jacks and shrink-wrap machines.
• Auditing Quality to guarantee every product meets our high standards.
• Maintaining Safety & Cleanliness in a climate-controlled production environment.
• Collaborating & Training—work as part of a supportive team and help others grow.
