About The Position

The Machine Operator is responsible for visually inspecting and packaging products to ensure they meet customer requirements. This role must be carried out in compliance with Intertech’s ISO Quality Management System, following all established production processes and procedures. The manufacturing area is a controlled environment, and Machine Operators are required to wear appropriate PPE—such as lab coats, hair nets, and latex gloves—at all times.

Requirements

• Ability to comprehend and follow visual, written, and verbal instructions
• Manual dexterity required to handle, sort, assemble, and/or package small parts
• Detail oriented

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working in an ISO controlled environment preferred
• Previous injection molding or manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect and package product in accordance with documented specifications
• Complete and maintain accurate production records and paperwork
• Accurately record scrap hourly
• Communicate defects and production issues with supervisor
• Perform sub-assembly operations
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Additional duties as assigned
