What You’ll Do Perform daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of high-speed packaging equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently. Complete emergency repairs, routine inspections, and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems. Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and Maintenance teams to support equipment reliability and continuous improvement. Evaluate packaging line performance and help implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and output. Maintain critical spare parts inventory and coordinate calibrations or validations with contractors as assigned. Support facility maintenance needs, including structural and exterior repairs, and assist with complex maintenance projects. What You’ll Bring Five or more years of experience maintaining and operating high-speed packaging equipment is strongly preferred. Proven mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food production. Strong working knowledge of equipment controls, manufacturing technologies, and power tools. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and exercise sound judgment when responding to issues. High school diploma or GED required, with bilingual English/Spanish skills and basic refrigeration knowledge preferred. What You Can Look Forward To Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Physical & Work Environment Requirements Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands and arms, with occasional sitting and reaching. Ability to work around moving mechanical parts and perform tasks at elevated heights when required. Exposure to wet or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold, and moderate to loud noise levels. Daily work in a refrigerated production environment. Requirements

Five or more years of experience maintaining and operating high-speed packaging equipment is strongly preferred.
Proven mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food production.
