Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for set-up of Packaging machinery: cGmp- follow our good manufacturing guidelines. Quality- responsible for assisting in product quality, maintaining and adjusting equipment to achieve quality goals. Communication - required to communicate line, machine and quality status to Supervisor of Maintenance. Communicate with Line Lead and Operators. Safety - be aware of area hazards, keep mechanics and area personnel safe by following our company safety practices and procedures. General Responsibilities- Assist line operators in set-up of machines. Work with Line Leads and Operators on necessary machine adjustments to produce best quality. Assist in morning area and equipment start up and evening shut down. Monitor schedule changes that affect line set up, work to lessen down time. Keep track of Duracode Ink, Make-up and Cleaning Solvent. Perform line change overs. Assist in Maintenance Department projects. Physical Requirements: Standing and walking short distances for most of the day Must be able to lift 20LBS

Requirements

• Basic math, reading, writing and English comprehension
