Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent mix of education, training, and experience.
1–5+ years maintaining packing or production machines in food manufacturing.
Strong safety mindset with proven compliance to regulations and plant rules.
Self-starter who thrives both independently and on a team.
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting expertise.
Experience working on 120/208/240/480 voltage systems.

Responsibilities

Repair and maintain facility infrastructure and processing/packaging equipment.
Execute scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) on all assigned assets.
Diagnose and correct hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues quickly and effectively.
Perform plumbing repairs to prevent water damage and restore full service.
Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V; work confidently across 120/208/240/480 voltage.
Leverage knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs to resolve controls faults.
Conduct hazardous communication audits and proactively address safety hazards.
Uphold strict housekeeping standards for a clean, efficient workspace.
Support the team with other duties as assigned.
