About The Position

You’ll lead the charge in continuous improvement, troubleshoot professionally, and bring cutting-edge technologies like 3D printing and scanning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in production environments (FDA regulated preferred)
- Expertise in OEE, Lean Manufacturing, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and 3D tech
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Eliminate downtime and boost productivity
- Lead Lean and DMAIC initiatives
- Spearhead equipment selection and qualification
- Track and report on improvement projects
- Collaborate across teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
- Support new product launches and capacity expansions
