Packaging Engineering Co-Op - Fall 2026
About The Position
Crown Equipment Corporation is a leading innovator in world-class forklift and material handling equipment and technology. As one of the world’s largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership. Under general supervision, the Co-Op will be assisting the Packaging Engineering Manager with the following duties:• Review Packaging Issues and assist in identifying solutions.• Perform Time Studies/Packaging Process Observations & Reviews.• Review or modify CAD Drawings.• Develop, Implement, and Update Documentation.• Work Closely with Production Employees to gather data.
Requirements
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Supply Chain Engineering or a related field.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Ability to clearly communicate with various levels of employees and vendors.
- Must have own means of reliable Transportation and Communication.
- Must be able to work onsite in any Mfg. facility in and around New Bremen, OH.
