About The Position

Under general supervision, the Co-Op will be assisting the Packaging Engineering Manager with the following duties: Review Packaging Issues and assist in identifying solutions. Perform Time Studies/Packaging Process Observations & Reviews. Review or modify CAD Drawings. Develop, Implement, and Update Documentation. Work Closely with Production Employees to gather data.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Supply Chain Engineering or a related field.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to clearly communicate with various levels of employees and vendors.
• Must have own means of reliable Transportation and Communication.
• Must be able to work onsite in any Mfg. facility in and around New Bremen
• Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
• This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided.
• Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.
