About The Position

In this role, you will be the key player in leading the development of innovative packaging solutions for various brands. Requirements

Four-year degree in packaging engineering or related field.
Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), with a preference for plastics.
5+ years of relevant industry experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong prioritization and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong passion for engineering and design.
Proficient in Artios CAD and SOLIDWORKS; certification preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of packaging for owned brands and exclusive partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver optimal packaging solutions.
Drive sustainability initiatives by selecting eco-friendly materials and methods.
Manage multiple packaging projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Conduct market research and consumer testing to inform packaging design.
Ensure compliance with corporate sustainability commitments and legislative requirements.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through effective material and design choices.
