Packaging Associate - 2nd Shift

About The Position

A Taste of Your Responsibilities You will perform line checks to ensure packaging equipment is operating correctly and product quality standards are met. You will rotate through four to five different packaging positions approximately every thirty minutes and work effectively across multiple areas. You will monitor automated packaging lines and identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues as they arise. You will support production cleaning activities, including learning and performing freezer cleaning tasks. You will work with cleaning chemicals and follow established safety procedures. You will be trained on and consistently use required personal protective equipment. You will operate pallet jacks to move materials and finished goods as needed. You will follow Good Manufacturing Practices at all times. You will collaborate with team members to support production goals and maintain a safe work environment. Ingredients Required for Your Success High school diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or large‑scale fulfillment environment. Experience working in fast‑paced, production‑driven settings. Willingness to learn multiple packaging positions and rotate frequently throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards. Team‑oriented approach and effective communication skills. Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements can differ but include: Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
