About The Position

Grande in Fond du Lac is seeking Packaging Associates ! Join our 2 nd Shift Team where you’ll play a critical role in packaging world-class dairy products while promoting a friendly, collaborative work environment. In this hands-on role, you’ll remove blocks of cheese from totes, load them onto conveyor systems, and monitor robotic palletizing equipment that stacks finished cases for distribution. You’ll operate and maintain advanced packaging machinery, drive forklifts as needed, and ensure products meet our high standards through consistent quality inspections. With responsibilities spanning multiple product lines, you’ll troubleshoot, make timely decisions, and maintain accurate inventory records, all while adhering to strict safety and regulatory guidelines. Requirements

• High School or GED preferred
• Three (3) months or more of related work experience and/or training in a food manufacturing industry strongly preferred
