About The Position
Packaging Associate|Malvern, AR Compensation: $16.90 - $20.18-depends on experience Available Shifts: 12-hour rotating shifts 07:00 am-07:00 pm 07:00 pm-07:00 am TEXT TO APPLY NUMBER: 928-668-6539 (928-NOVOLEX) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide support for operation team by working safely to feed material into machines, inspect product for defects and pack finished goods in correct configuration Notifies supervisors of quality issues as they arise Mack minor machine adjustments to minimize interruptions and ensure quality product Maintains good housekeeping practices Able to work safely in a fast pace environment Perform basic mathematical calculations and follow standard work instructions
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to work with others effectively as a part of a team is essential.
- Ability to follow standard work instructions is required.
- Able to work safely in a fallow standard work instructions

- Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred
