About The Position

Millennium Print Group is hiring a Packaging Associate to support our production and packaging operations in Morrisville, NC. This is a great entry-level opportunity for candidates looking to start a career in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform packaging, assembly, and kit building tasks on a production line.
• Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
• Load and stage materials for production runs.
• Package finished goods into cartons, pallets, or carts.
• Operate basic packaging equipment (shrink wrap machines, cartoners, etc.).
• Maintain accurate production records and system entries.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
