About The Position

Southeast Texas HR is seeking a detailed oriented Packaging and Production Associate to join our team. As Packaging and Production Associate, you will be responsible for using and maintaining printing equipment, while ensuring products are properly finished, packaged, and prepared for shipment. You will work closely with our design and production teams to ensure that each project meets our quality standards and deadlines.This is a Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, with some overtime possible, pay is $15 per hour.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• A strong attention to detail is essential as we have many jobs that are sequentially numbered & have variable data.
• Ability to read and interpret design files.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain printing and cutting equipment.
• Confirm all items are printed and cut accurately according to specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards before packaging and dispatch.
• Box, label, and prepare inventory for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to meet project deadlines.
