About The Position

Production Associate - Packaging Day Shift: 7:30AM-4:00PM Monday-Friday Starting Wage: $21/HR Occasional overtime and weekend shifts Are you ready to build your career with a growing company that is leading the garage door industry? We are looking for detail oriented Production Associates to join our Hardware department. Summary: The primary function of this position is to properly pack a hardware box with all needed parts for a customer's order in a timely manner.

High School or GED required, and 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred or; an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties as listed above.

Properly pack a hardware box.
Cut and make cables.
Knowledge of commercial and residential instruction manuals.
Assemble bolt bags and understand the uses of each.
Restock hardware and bolt bins.
