Reporting to the Packaging or Manufacturing Supervisor, Unither Pharmaceuticals is having a hiring event for: Packaging Equipment Operators and Manufacturing Equipment Operators! ONSITE HIRING EVENT - Thursday, April 16th from 10:30am - 2:30pm 755 Jefferson Road, Rochester, NY 14623 Various shifts available! WORK HOURS - Full Time Role: B - Shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm with a 10% shift differential 12 Hour Weekday Days - 6:00am-6:30pm (MTWTh/MTW) 12 Hour Weekday Nights - 6:00pm-6:30am (MTWTh/MTW) with a 15% shift differential 12 Hour Weekend Days - 6:00am - 6:30pm (FSSu/ThFSSu) with a 20% shift differential 12 Hour Weekend Nights - 6:00pm-6:30am (FSSu/ThFSSu) with a 25% shift differential 💡 More Than Just a Paycheck At Unither, we don’t just offer competitive hourly wages—we also pay 100% of your medical premiums. Requirements

HS Diploma/GED with 0 to 2 years of experience in a production or machinery setting.
Ability to learn the operation and function of multiple pieces of equipment.
Knowledge of computer applications and current software is desirable.
The ability to read, write, and communicate in English, as needed.
Basic mechanical knowledge and aptitude is desired.
Demonstrate basic math skills in multiplication, division, percentage calculation, significant figures, conversion from metric to standard measures (or inverse), and weight to volume measures (or inverse).This would include basic algebra and geometry.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to lift and maneuver bulk containers of ingredients.
Must have physical mobility and dexterity to frequently stand, bend, push, twist, kneel, climb, stoop, and reach overhead and able to stand for long periods of time while performing duties.
Considerable mental/visual concentration, coordinating manual dexterity with mental/visual attention.
Mental/visual attention plus manual coordination.
Must be able to operate power equipment; routinely drives/operates lifts.
Must be able to work safely with materials and equipment; works with chemicals, tools, and equipment.
May work in an environment with variable but moderately high noise levels (hearing protection recommended). Must wear safety glasses, safety shoes, gloves, and other protective items as required.
Must wear appropriate garments and coverings per cGMP (uniforms, hair/beard nets, etc.).
Must be available for flexible schedule and/or overtime. Days and hours of work subject to change due to production schedules.

Nice To Haves

AAS or BS preferred.
Knowledge of computer applications and current software is desirable.
Basic mechanical knowledge and aptitude is desired.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and demonstrated leadership capabilities are preferred.
General understanding of material handling machinery is advantageous.
