About The Position

Packaging Account Executive Responsibilities Include: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in assigned territory. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for packaging products. Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and present product solutions. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers. Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, logistics, category) to ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments. Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences as needed. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in packaging or related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
