About The Position

Perform final inspection of parts before packaging and palletizing
Weigh packages and ensure all parts are complete and accurate
Package and palletize products following standard procedures
Fill internal purchase orders within required timeframes
Track daily production quantities and models
Communicate inventory needs or shortages to the Production Supervisor
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Assist with painting, labeling, touch-ups, and maintaining packaging supplies as needed

Requirements

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read, understand, and follow safety rules and SOPs
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to meet productivity and time standards
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
