About The Position
This position is for a Packager on the 2nd shift, working Monday through Thursday from 2pm to 12:30am. The role involves various packaging duties, including assembling boxes, cleaning and polishing parts, purging and vacuum sealing products in shipping bags, and labeling. The individual will also be responsible for product defect inspection and verifying part and serial numbers before packaging. The ability to work with minimal supervision is required.
Requirements
- High school or GED.
- Ability to read and comprehend English.
Responsibilities
- Assembling boxes for shipping product to the Customer or Modern Inventory.
- Wiping down parts and cleaning them prior to packaging.
- Polish parts as needed.
- Purging shipping bags and vacuum sealing product.
- Labeling
- Product defect inspection.
- Part number and serial number verification on the parts, prior to packaging.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
